L'équipe UX de GoTo est à la recherche d'un stagiaire en design UX prêt à apprendre à faire partie d'une équipe de design UX, à travailler avec des partenaires de produits et d'ingénierie, et à aider à livrer des produits passionnants. En tant que stagiaire en conception UX, vous serez chargé d'aider les concepteurs à créer des solutions mobiles et de bureau simples et faciles à utiliser dans notre gamme de produits GoToMeeting primée. Projets précédents Voici un aperçu des projets déjà réalisés par ceux qui nous ont rejoints avant vous :·Aide à la conception de nombreuses nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations pour l'application de bureau de GoTo.·Participation à la collaboration, à l'itération, à la conception et à la livraison du nouvel effort de GoTo - Customer Engagement.Vos projetsQuels sont les projets que nous avons en cours pour vous ? Avec des milliers de clients et des millions d'appels par jour sur notre plateforme, nous aidons efficacement nos clients à se connecter.Responsabilités Collaborer avec les concepteurs principaux, les chercheurs, ainsi qu'avec les responsables des produits et de l'ingénierie pour comprendre les besoins des utilisateurs et les exigences commerciales, ainsi que la manière dont ils s'intègrent dans le processus de conception. Créer des produits livrables tels que des croquis, des wireframes, des storyboards, des flux et des maquettes pour communiquer des solutions de conception. Observer les activités de recherche sur la convivialité, en personne ou à distance. Collaborer avec les chercheurs en expérience utilisateur pour traduire les résultats des recherches sur les utilisateurs et des études d'utilisabilité en améliorations de la conception. Qualifications·Bonne communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.·Connaissance du processus de conception UX.·Capacité à produire des prototypes et des wireframes de basse et haute fidélité.·Solides connaissances pratiques de Figma.·Bonne capacité à collaborer et à prendre des directives.·Esprit d'équipe motivé.·Passion pour l'UX Design.Ce que nous offrons En tant que membre à part entière de l'équipe UX, vous participerez activement à la réalisation de fonctionnalités et de projets réels. Creating design deliverables such as sketches, wireframes, storyboards, flows and mockups to communicate design solutions. Observing usability research activities, both in-person and remotely. Working with user experience researchers to translate user research and usability study findings into design improvements. Qualifications Good oral and written communication in English and French. Knowledge of UX Design process. Ability to produce lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity prototypes and wireframes. Strong working knowledge of Figma. Good collaborative skills and ability to take direction.
