Our client in the professional services sector is looking for a Senior UX Designer on a fulltime/perm role. This role will be focused on the pension member digital experience, providing a key role in the agile teams.

Location: REMOTE

Responsibilities

  • User-Centric Design: Drive transformative UX solutions by understanding clients' business goals, user needs, and pain points within their digital journeys. Conduct in-depth user research and analysis.
  • Strategic Design Leadership: Translate insights into actionable UX strategies, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, championing user-centered design principles that directly address client needs.
  • Usability Advocate: Conduct usability testing and champion iterative design cycles to optimize the user-friendliness of clients' digital products and services.
  • Design Trends & Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies, contributing to knowledge-sharing around transformative UX methodologies.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices in product design across the organization. Promote learning in related technologies and disciplines among team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of UX design expertise, ideally with projects focused on B2B digital transformation or complex applications.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic UX thinking, problem-solving, and exceptional project execution across diverse client needs.
  • High proficiency in Figma and expertise in various qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles, adept at understanding and fulfilling client needs and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, vital for articulating design concepts and making presentations.
