La Roseraie is currently looking for of a person Maintenance Team Leader, she will be responsible for carrying out various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. But mainly see to managing the department and requisitions. Full-time position 40 hours / week Monday to Friday daytime Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Maintain and clean the premises Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required Make service calls Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.) Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas Manage schedules and labor related to maintenance and upkeep
The ideal person has :
