Job description

Accountant with QuickBooks for an Admin Role

Job Responsibilities

- Use computers for various applications, such as QuickBooks, Glass Manager (database management system), Word, Excel

- Prepare payroll, etc. via QuickBooks, Account Edge

- Create, maintain, and enter information into database system Glass Manager, QuickBooks, etc.

- Order and dispense supplies, hardware, glass etc.

- Collect and deposit funds into accounts, reconcile credit card orders, pay bills or invoices, keep records of collections and disbursements, and ensure accounts are balanced.

- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.

-Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.

Job Specific Qualifications & Requirements

- Must have a strong accounting background and bookkeeping experience and has extensive knowledge in doing payroll.

- Has strong knowledge and experience using QuickBooks and Glass Manager software.

- Effective communicator and must be a clear speaker with excellent verbal and written communication.

-Possess high class customer service to customers, such as order placement or account information.

-Good computer skills as you will be opening, reading, routing, and distributing incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters.
