Compensation

Effective January 1, - $7,.21 per half course ( hours nominally)
Effective January 1, - $14,.42 per full course ( hours nominally)
Please note: Instructors who are employed in a 2-hour/week lecture, or the equivalent of a 2-hour/week lecture, are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.

Duties

Duties and responsibilities will be in accordance with Article 22.01 of the Collective Agreement. These include scheduled contact time with students and non-classroom time (preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty).

Qualifications

1. PhD in Nursing or related discipline. If there are no qualified PhD applicants, we will consider those with Masters degree in Nursing and relevant clinical and teaching experience.

2. Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Nursing

3. Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations).
