In the role of Senior Analyst, HR Technology (18-month contract) you will have an opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing a reMARKable employee experience by developing and continuously improving a scalable digital-first experience, implementing self-service and automation, seamless processes that prioritize an intuitive employee experience. The role requires a delicate balance between fostering innovation and maintaining compliance and data governance. This position requires a strong commitment to aligning HR technology with the organization's strategic objectives, ultimately contributing to MAG’s success and growth .

What you'll do:

  • Technical Product Manager within the Talent Management workstream which includes Performance Management, Succession Planning, Recruiting and Employee Sentiment products.
  • Lead release management, enhancements, prioritize backlogs with a focus on the employee experience, employee adoption and scalability​.
  • Lead solution consulting – address challenges with HR technology based on sound best practices, champion innovation ongoing process improvement initiatives.​
  • Support enhancements and implementation from start to finish – working with business process owners to define requirements and define delivery strategies, manage upgrade and project schedules.

What you have:

  • High proficiency in Excel​.
  • Understanding of database design principles.​
  • Capable of explaining technical (and non-technical) initiatives to non-technical people at all levels of the organization​.
  • Product Management: analysis, testing, stakeholder engagement.​
  • Minimum 5 years experience with the delivery of SaaS HR Technology initiatives.​
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology-related field or equivalent work experience.
