As a Senior Claims Examiner, you’ll deliver top quality claim service and anticipate client needs by building strong and authentic relationships. You’ll also mentor and coach team members to reach their potential. 

This is a fully remote position.

Why we’ll love You:

Solid background in both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines policies with knowledge of property & casualty claims  Minimum of 5 years of multi-line claims handling experience along with a CIP or FCIP designation  Proven track record of directing Independent Adjusters and Legal Counsel on the investigation, negotiation and settlement of claims  Ability to be calm, maintain positive relationships, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Possess strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in working with London Markets under Delegated Claims Authority

Nous aimerons travailler avec vous, car :

Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en matière de polices d’assurance des particuliers et d’assurance des entreprises, et vous avez une bonne connaissance des réclamations en matière d’assurance dommages.  Vous possédez au moins cinq (5) ans d’expérience en gestion de réclamations multirisques ainsi qu’un titre de PAA ou de FPAA.  Vous détenez une expérience avérée dans la direction d’experts indépendants et de conseillers juridiques dans le cadre d’enquêtes, de négociations et de règlements de réclamations.  Vous savez faire preuve de calme, entretenir des relations positives et communiquer efficacement dans un environnement où tout va très vite. Vous possédez de solides compétences analytiques et organisationnelles et êtes capable de gérer des priorités multiples. Vous avez l’habitude de travailler avec les marchés londoniens dans le cadre d’une délégation de pouvoirs en matière de réclamations.
