Marketing Intern

As the Marketing Intern, you will report into the National Marketing Manager and your duties and responsibilities will include:
Design, coordinate, source, marketing merchandise for online Rexroth SWAG store Vendor coordination Occasional fulfilment/shipping duties Coordinate events held in our customer experience showroom – bookings, set up, attendee management., deliveries, technical support. Tradeshow coordination – payments, booth material planning, payments, demo/booth shipping, promotional materials, lead capture etc. Coordinate in-office TV content for associates messaging Create & source brochures, flyers, roll-ups, backdrops for all business units Works alongside sales & product managers to update & edit product catalogues & brochures. Media production coordination Provides support for distributor/partner requests for marketing materials. Coordinate the Global Customer Survey Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Recent graduate or current student from a Business/Communications degree and/or Marketing & Advertising diploma (graduated within the last 6 months) Co-op experience in a corporate environment in a marketing department is a strong asset Experience in Adobe, MS Office suite & other marketing software (HubSpot, Hootsuite) is a strong asset Graphic design experience is a strong asset Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Effective decision-maker and problem solver Ability to work independently with a high degree of organizational skills Strong Customer Service Orientation Self-starter with a high results orientation
