The role of the Operations Assistant will support the Operations Manager with all in-house operational needs. You will have a background in customer service and an eagerness to learn and acquire new skills. This role is for someone who has strong multi-tasking and time management abilities. You will be responsible for inventory management and ensuring all information is up to date within the database. Logistics, such as shipping, receiving, and order placements. You will be responsible for communicating with vendors, as well as the organization and maintenance of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate, pick, pack and finalize shipments.
  • Maintain on-site inventories through Excel and Commonsku
  • Ability to adapt between both manual and computer work.
  • Maintain on-site inventories of goods for various order request programs.

The Ideal Candidate will be a recent grad with an office admin or marketing diploma that is eager to learn and acquire new skills. You will have the ability to learn and use new software’s and be open to the idea of manual labor as this role will require you to handle a variety of shipments as well as the inventory within the warehouse. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, take direction and be a great team player to support the members of the Operations Team.
