The Role As the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role in our growth as a company by attracting, engaging, and recruiting top talent across various disciplines. You will act as a brand ambassador, create a great candidate experience, and work as a partner with the management team to help define roles, requirements and to provide strategic guidance and process recommendations.

Who you are

Minimum 5 years’ in-house technical recruiting experience with high volume recruitment. Ideally in a tech environment Exceptional communications skills Expertise leveraging various channels to source and connect with passive candidates Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills , results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive, encourages building key relationships Working knowledge of a modern ATS - Lever strongly preferred Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional technical candidates Global recruiting experience is preferred

Full cycle Talent Acquisition support for technical and professional roles Provide an amazing experience for each and every candidate you engage attracting and hiring top talent with a focus on the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.
