Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

The Change Management Specialist will work across and within the established program governance and delivery work streams (, clinical, technical/solution, integration, ancillary services, and rd party solution vendors) to support and lead various activities as directed. The following highlights the key responsibilities of the role: Execute on and implement change management strategies, facilitating adoption of clinical processes and technologies. Coordinate and organize stakeholder engagement initiatives, meetings, and events. Act as liaison between different departments to ensure smooth collaboration and implementation of programs. Support the development and implementation of change management policies and procedures. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of clinical and administrative workflow engagement efforts. Provide training and support to staff on engagement strategies and best practices. Collaborate with communications, education and training, and clinical standards teams to promote programs, initiatives, and engagement efforts. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to stakeholder engagement activities. Monitor sector trends and best practices to continually improve engagement strategies in a clinical setting. Serve as a resource for staff regarding clinical and administrative engagement inquiries and concerns. Candidate must have a confident and dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills. The Change Management Specialist will have the following responsibilities, but are not limited to, the following items. Requirements:
Stakeholder Engagement Strategies: Development and maintenance of the change management strategy in alignment with the communications strategy that outlines the clear goals, objectives, and measures for the CIS project. The change management strategy will document proven approaches to be used as a path to ensure that the goals and outcomes for this project are expressed to stakeholders to demonstrate the benefits of implementing to achieve the desired adoption rates. The strategy will take into consideration the information collected by the affected individuals, groups, and the organizations from the implementation. Change Management plan: The Change Management Plan will serve as a guide for the efforts to align stakeholders’ adoption and acceptance sentiment throughout the duration of the project. It is a working document that continuously update, as audience needs change, and the project progresses. It will explain how to convey the benefits from the implementation of the new CIS. Develop Stakeholder Feedback Mechanism: Support engagement activities through the establishment of feedback mechanisms with the community for the Program as required and directed by the communications and advisory team. Stakeholder Feedback Analysis: Using the data collected from the Program community feedback, understand what engagement efforts produce positive engagement, or negative engagement sentiment. Then Adapt accordingly to provide the most effective Engagement strategy. This includes using the data and metrics collected to build dashboards and visual representations to track stakeholder engagement over time. Stakeholder Engagement Events: Organizing workshops, seminars, or other events dedicated to encouraging and engaging stakeholders. Foster dialogue, address concerns, and build relationships with the program community. Ensuing our key stakeholders’ needs are being met, their concerns are being heard and addressed, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
