Key responsibilities 

As the marketing project manager your job will be to create data (marketing research expertise which is relatively technical), manage marketing research suppliers and ensure quality control. And also, to analyze the data and present it in an impactful way to the various teams.

Professional &Technical Competencies 

Manage the marketing research studies and surveys: With the internal clients (mainly the brand managers), with external suppliers and for each step of the research process (choice of the methodology and the supplier, revision and/or creation of the questionnaire, data treatment, data analysis, executive summary and presentation) Analyze consumer insight data and integrate consumer data from multiple sources (Google Search, Statistics Canada, Social Listening, quantitative and qualitative studies, secondary data…) to obtain a view of consumer behaviors. Build powerful presentations and write executive summaries with actionable recommendations, helping the marketing, the commercial and the digital teams to take the best decisions in their business.  Support our internal clients to answer their needs and help them how to use consumer data to fuel their marketing/ communication strategies Create "Social Intelligence" reports/ dashboards or manage external suppliers, to get consumer insights and trends from social media Follow-up of the research budget

Your profile

Impeccable rigor and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills: Ability to identify key learnings from analysis with a macro view while also having an eye for detail. Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Very good presentation skills  Bilingual: French and English Minimum years of experience in marketing research.
