L’Integrated Business Planner est responsable de la planification de la demande et de la capacité pour des catégories spécifiques de produits fabriqués sur stock. Ce poste se concentre sur l'élaboration d'une prévision basée sur la demande historique, en collaboration avec les départements Marketing et Ventes pour construire le plan de demande, tout en veillant à ce que nos usines disposent de la capacité nécessaire pour produire les quantités requises.

En plus d'une solide expérience en planification et en analyse, ce rôle exige une compréhension du processus d'achat, ainsi que la capacité à résoudre des problèmes, à prendre des initiatives, à formuler des recommandations et à escalader les problèmes lorsque cela est nécessaire. 

Vos tâches :


Planification Intégrée des Affaires :
  • Responsable de l’élaboration d’une prévision de la demande basée sur la planification de la capacité des produits finis (IBP) pour les catégories assignées en utilisant les outils de planification.
  • Aligner les prévisions de la demande avec l'offre et traduire les besoins en commandes d'achat, en réduisant ainsi les ruptures de stock au minimum.
  • Comprendre et appliquer les fondamentaux et techniques de la gestion de la demande.
  • Construire des prévisions basées sur l'analyse historique et des tendances.
Systèmes de Prévision :
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation de systèmes ERP.
  • Familiarité avec le processus de prévision.
  • Capacité à comprendre et analyser des données statistiques.
Rapports :
  • Mesures de Précision des Prévisions :
  • Analyse de l’erreur de prévision (%) et du biais.
  • Utilisation des outils de reporting PBI pour des analyses approfondies (drill downs de base).
Gestion des Stocks :
  • Gérer les situations de ruptures de stock.
  • Surveiller les excédents de stock et les articles à rotation lente, et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
  • Planifier les lancements de nouveaux produits et gérer les taux de production pour les produits en fin de vie.
Chaîne d’Approvisionnement :
  • Connaissance des activités globales de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (ex. : passation de commandes, transport, réception, libération par le contrôle qualité, transferts, etc.).
  • Compréhension des paramètres fournisseurs (quantités minimales de commande, délais, stocks de sécurité, etc.).

Ce que nous recherchons :


  • Diplôme Universitaire ou Équivalent : De préférence avec une spécialisation en Chaîne d’Approvisionnement/Logistique.


  • Utilisation des Systèmes d’Information et de la Technologie de l’Information
  • Plus de 7 ans d'expérience globale en logistique ou distribution, dont au moins 3 ans en tant que Planificateur de la Demande (une expérience dans les dispositifs médicaux ou dans le secteur de la vente au détail en environnement manufacturier est un atout).
  • Connaissance pratique des processus et principes S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
  • Solides compétences en communication avec une expérience en leadership dans la planification interfonctionnelle multi-niveaux.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques avec la capacité de formuler des recommandations et de piloter le changement.
  • Compréhension de l’origine et de la logique des politiques, pratiques et procédures clés.
  • Capacité à influencer les parties prenantes interfonctionnelles pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
  • Connaissance approfondie des dynamiques clés entre les fonctions Ventes et Opérations, incluant la chaîne d’approvisionnement, les opérations commerciales et financières, dans une entreprise de biens de consommation emballés.
Atouts :
  • Expérience dans des environnements commerciaux entrepreneuriaux et hautement dynamiques, notamment dans des entreprises de taille moyenne ou start-ups.
  • Compréhension des processus commerciaux et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement des dispositifs médicaux.
  • Maîtrise pratique des outils de gestion Lean et Agile.

The Integrated Business Planner is responsible for demand and capacity planning for specific made-to-stock product categories. This role focuses on developing forecasts based on historical demand, in collaboration with Marketing and Sales departments to build the demand plan, while ensuring that our factories have the capacity needed to produce the required quantities.
In addition to a solid background in planning and analysis, this role requires an understanding of the purchasing process, along with the ability to solve problems, take initiative, provide recommendations, and escalate issues when necessary.


Key Responsibilities:

Integrated Business Planning:
  • Responsible for developing demand forecasts based on finished goods capacity planning (IBP) for assigned categories using Medicom’s planning tools.
  • Align demand forecasts with supply and translate requirements into purchase orders, thereby minimizing stockouts.
  • Understand and apply demand management fundamentals and techniques.
  • Build forecasts based on historical analysis and trends.
Forecasting Systems:
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with the forecasting process.
  • Ability to understand and analyze statistical data.

Reporting
  • Forecast Accuracy Measures:
  • Analyze forecast error (%) and bias.
  • Use PBI reporting tools for basic drill-down analysis.

Inventory Management:
  • Manage back-order situations.
  • Monitor overstocks and slow-moving items, and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan new product launches and manage production run rates for discontinued products.

Supply Chain:
  • Knowledge of overall supply chain activities (e.g., order placement, transportation, receiving, QC releases, transfers, etc.).
  • Understand supplier parameters (MOQs, lead times, safety stock, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain/Logistics.
  • Over 7 years of experience in logistics or distribution, including at least 3 years as a Demand Planner (experience in medical devices or retail industry in a manufacturing environment is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and principles.
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading multi-tiered cross-functional planning.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations and drive change.
  • Understanding the origin and reasoning behind key policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of key dynamics between Sales and Operations functions, including Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations, and Finance in a consumer packaged goods company.

 Skills:

  • Experience in entrepreneurial, highly dynamic business environments, including medium-sized start-ups.
  • Understanding of the medical device supply chain and commercial processes.
  • Proven ability in strategic and critical thinking.
  • Practical skills in applying Lean and Agile management tools.
