At Yukon University Research Centre, we are dedicated to creating and sharing knowledge that enhances our understanding of the world around us. Our mission is to support local innovation and build a more robust, resilient North through cutting-edge research and collaborative projects.

The Research Professional will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of hydrology research projects. This involves collecting and analyzing data on northern river networks, contributing to experiments to improve climate resilience and reduce climate change-related geohazards impacting northern highways.

The ideal candidate will have completed a Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent Indigenous knowledge, experience in research methodologies and application, strong academic writing skills, and experience publishing research findings.
