In support of their growth, they seek a motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Toronto, ON.

What You Will Do:

Leadership and Management: As the Regional Sales Manager, you will inspire and oversee a team of 6-8 Business Development Representatives and Account Executives, setting objectives, delegating tasks, and ensuring the team's daily operations run smoothly. Sales Strategy: You'll devise and implement strategies to meet sales targets and expand the client base in the region, staying ahead of market trends and competitor actions. Performance Management: Monitoring team performance, you will offer feedback and coaching, identifying development and training opportunities to enhance team skills and performance. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs to better promote our client's solutions. Collaboration: Engage with other departments, such as marketing and product teams, to bolster the sales strategy and enrich customer experiences. What You Bring: Demonstrable experience in a sales leadership role within the SaaS sector, with at least 1+ years dedicated to managing and uplifting sales teams. Exceptional communication and team-building skills, capable of motivating and leading a team towards achieving excellence. A strong background in coaching and leadership, with a proven record of nurturing team development. A proactive, positive attitude, driven by a passion for sales excellence and goal attainment. Experience in generating sales forecasts and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Proficiency in using data-driven insights to make informed decisions on sales strategy, ensuring optimized performance and growth. A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work 2 days in the office for team collaboration.
