Customer Service & Invoice Administrator

$20 to $23 an hour

Atlantic Equipment Services, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada, is Nova Scotia's largest factory-authorized Parts and Service Centre for the Food Service Industry. We have several decades of history and our licensed, factory-trained technicians minimize downtime and prioritize urgent service. In addition, we have an extensive support team to drive service excellence and we maintain a sizable inventory of OEM parts. We are the industry leader in Canada, and we care beyond service

A day in the life:

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer invoices, payroll processing, up-keep of customer files, processing customer payments, and supporting other departments as needed. You will answer incoming telephone calls, create new service orders, and respond to customer inquiries.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role
  • Proven experience with invoicing is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of payroll rules and regulations is an asset
  • Experience with a current ERP system is an asset
