Position Description

You will be a key part of Panissales team reporting to CEO responsible for owning multiple(regional & strategic) endcustomer accounts & channelpartner relationships while creating new successful businessoutcomes including renewals growth. Working crossdepartmental youwill gather relevant information from Customer Success andOnboarding on value creation and customer product usage to driveeffective performance improvement plans with customers which willlead to renewals and upsellingopportunities.

What you bring to theteam

  • University degreein engineering sciences or relevant equivalent education andexperience
  • Minimum of 3 years of salesmanagement or account management experience in the watersector
  • TechnicalAcumen: Possess a deep understanding of technicaltreatment plant operations & processes especially in areas likedesalination (SWRO BWRO etc.) and municipal wastewater treatmentplants.
  • CustomerInsight: Ability to identify customer challenges andcurate tailored use cases anddemos.
  • InterpersonalProwess: Must exhibit outstanding interpersonalabilities fostering relationships with customers and internal teamsalike.
  • CommunicationMastery: Adept at both written and verbalcommunication ensuring clear conveyance of value propositions andtechnical nuances.
  • CustomerInteraction: Comfortable and confident in dealingwith customers across various organizationalhierarchies.

Responsibilities

  • Buildand maintain strong meaningful relationships with clients as theirmain point of contact advocate and partner.
  • Owna portfolio of client accounts gain a deep understanding of eachclients desired outcomes and work with internal partners to drivethe clients desired KPIs and outcomes.
  • Trackand manage client advertising spending on a daily weekly andmonthly basis proactively identifying budget issues and proposingsolutions to clients.
  • Provide media andmarketing research that addresses client needs and leverage thoseinsights to build multichannel advertising campaigns and makestrategic recommendations that will lead to outcomes exceedingclient goals.
  • Perform complex data analysisderive insights and present reports to clients in a way that buildspartnership and an understanding of the value Pani delivers theirorganization on a regular cadence which may include but is notlimited to weekly status update meetings and quarterly businessreviews.
  • Partner crossfunctionally with theproduct and development teams to investigate bugs and technicalissues and solveclientfacing issues while building a technicalunderstanding of Panis product suite.
  • Partnerwith strategy and sales teams to build and present business casesfor evolving client product mix by expanding and exceeding clientsgoals.
  • Empower clients with the education andinformation they need to successfully understand campaigns and datawithin the Pani platform including keeping clients up to date withproduct enhancements changes or technicalissues.
  • Exceed client expectations for customerservice in every client interaction by overcommunicating andoverdelivering in response to clientinquiries.

Compensation

Panioffers a competitive total rewards package which includes acomprehensive health & dental benefits and paid time off. Theannualized base salary range for this Victoriabased role is CAD$75000 to $120000. The base salary offered to the successfulcandidate will consider a wide array of factors including but notlimited to the individuals skill set level of experience applicableto the role they are being offered and consideration of internalequity. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below therange based on various factors including but not limited tolocation experience andexpertise.
