Plan, organize, and direct operations related to changing meal cycles for each airline. Determine the type of services to offer based on client needs. Manage claims: reporting, analysis, corrective actions, and follow-up. Strictly ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Organize and lead presentations for regional commercial operations. Welcome and advise clients, propose new menus. Respond to general information requests with accuracy and professionalism. Actively lead in strengthening relationships with business clients. Perfil
Certificate in Administration or related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar or relevant role. Excellent customer service sense, analytical capabilities, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team and provide leadershipABOUT NEWREST :
