Asthe Administrator you will be responsible for the overall operationof the facility in accordance with current applicable standards andregulations and in accordance with organizations policies andprocedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can beprovided to our residents at alltimes.

RequirementsMusthave(s):

24years previous experience in long term care environment preferredAdministrator experience within a unionizedenvironment

Bachelors degree in Health or Social Services (RNpreferred)

Commitmentto consistently deliver high quality personcentered care withdignity respect compassion and integrity and to enrich every lifewe touch while embracing the organizations values of carecompassion community honesty & integrity teamworkinnovation andsafety

Must possessexcellent supervisory and leadership abilities (e.g. peoplemanagement finance labour relations marketing and departmentcoordination). Highly proficient planning and organizing skills.Strong problemsolving skills. Strong relationship building skills.Effective verbal and written English communication skills required.Strong working knowledge of the Internet and MS Office specificallyExcel andWord.
