Responsibilities
Sous la responsabilité du contrôleur, d'Adjoint(e) administratif (ive) support à l'inventaire et aux ventes devra assurer la gestion de l’inventaire chez différents clients et d’offrir un support aux ventes. Voici les tâches reliées à ce poste :

- Vérifier le niveau de l’inventaire à l’entrepôt quotidiennement sur la plateforme EDI
- Valider les quantités en stock
- À l’occasion, répondre aux demandes des clients concernant le suivi des commandes, vérification de prix, etc.
- Préparation et suivi de différents rapports de ventes sur Excel
- Préparation des lettres de soumission aux clients
- Participation aux ajustements de prix à partir des coûtants
- Faire la mise en liste des nouveaux produits chez les clients à l’aide du registre et/ou création des produits sur les portails respectifs des différentes bannières alimentaires
- Remplir les différents formulaires des clients lors des changements de prix et effectuer les changements sur les plateformes clients selon les exigences, si requis
- Faire la mise à jour des différentes listes de produits / prix
- Création des différentes listes de prix et en assurer la gestion
- Faire le suivi périodique des prix de vente pour les épices naturelles / commodités selon les formules établies par la direction
- Vérification périodique des rapports de gestion de stock pour faire les ajustements d’inventaire requis et transferts d’inventaire entre les différents entrepôts
- Support pour la prise d’inventaire de fin d’année (ajustements, vérifications, etc)
- Transferts hebdomadaires des produits fabriqués du système de production au système comptable
- Assurer la relève au bureau des commandes lorsque nécessaire (absence, vacances, surplus de travail);

Qualifications
Voici les qualifications pour assumer les responsabilités liées à ce poste de ce poste d'adjoint(e) administratif (ive) support aux ventes :

- Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier alimentaire
- Autonomie, débrouillardise et faciliter à travailler en équipe
- Bonne capacité en saisie de données
- Confidentialité, minutie et rigueur
- Excellente maitrise des logiciels Excel (tableaux croisés dynamiques) et Word
- Connaissance de base en anglais
