Our client in the food equipment industry, is seeking a dynamic service support clerk to join its team on a temporary basis.

Located in Lachine, this temporary contract of 2 to 3 months has the potential to become permanent and offer is the flexibility to work remotely after just one week of in-person training.

Advantages
-Temporary contract with the possibility of permanence
-Weekend-only schedule (Saturdays and Sundays)
-Remote work after one week of in-person training
-Potential for weekday hours as the contract progresses
-Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $21.50/hour

Responsibilities
-Provide weekend coverage from 10 AM to 6:30 PM
-Respond to follow-ups and manage email correspondence
-Flag calls and escalations, including confirming field service technicians' ETAs and callbacks to Costco and service companies
-Conduct outbound and inbound calls as needed
-Assist with EOT tasks, with some French proficiency preferred

Qualifications
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
-Flexibility to potentially expand into weekday hours
-Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred, but not required.
