Our client in the food equipment industry, is seeking a dynamic service support clerk to join its team on a temporary basis.


Located in Lachine, this temporary contract of 2 to 3 months has the potential to become permanent and offers the flexibility to work remotely after just one week of in-person training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekend coverage from 10 AM to 6:30 PM
  • Respond to follow ups and manage email correspondence
  • Flag calls and escalations, including confirming field service technicians' ETAs and callbacks to Costco and service companies
  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls as needed
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and in French
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
  • Flexibility to potentially expand into weekday hours
  • Prior experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred, but not required.
