Whatyou will bedoing:

  • Uphold thehighest standard of customer service by demonstrating and applying5 Star service standards at alltimes.
  • Coordinate guest spa experiencesefficiently and accurately via phone email text in person or withother departments utilizing spa reservationsoftware.
  • Identify empathize and appease guestconcerns
  • Maximize departmental revenues throughtreatment and retail upsells.
  • Engage in monthlyboutique incentive program through individual and teamgoals.
  • Operate point of sale system ensuringaccurate guest folios
  • Maintain thoroughknowledge about all aspects of spa facility treatments fitnesscenter pool and hotel policies andprocedures.

Ensure the facility is inpeak condition at all times by actively circulating andreporting/entering work orderspromptly.
 


Qualifications:

Yourexperience and skillsinclude:

  • Servicefocused personality is essential; experience is anasset
  • Fluency in English; additional languagesare a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in spaor hospitality industry
  • A passion for spa andwellness
  • Previous experience in a luxuryenvironment is an asset
  • Previous experience inretail sales an asset
  • Diploma or Degree inhospitality or related field anasset
  • Careerminded individual with strongpersonal initiative and a desire to achieve the departments visionand goals
  • Highly organized resultsoriented withthe ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in afastpaced changing environment
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal witha professional appearance anddemeanor.
  • Energetic individual who is able toprioritize to complete many diverse tasksconcurrently
  • Computer literacy in Office WordExcel
  • Previous experience in booking softwareanasset
