Purpose of the position

Our Norgate building in Ville Saint-Laurent is currently looking for an accounts receivable clerk to be part of our great team Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Contact tenants to ensure account payments and follow up on unpaid balances Fournier and answer customer questions about customer accounts Responsible for completing weekly reports which will be given to managers Perform various administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, etc.) Perform any other related task required by the immediate superior. Make deposits in our system. Make the deposit at the bank Monthly and daily tenant billing Record the various receipts, Receive notices of renewals and follow up with tenants and in the system.

The ideal person has :

DEP or DEC in accounting Experience managing multiple projects/entities simultaneously Mastery of MS Office suite software, particularly Excel and Outlook Knowledge of Hopem, Sage 50 and Sensaas/Integrim systems an asset

Required qualifications :

Sense of organization, speed of execution and ability to manage priorities Autonomy and good ability to adapt to change
