Responsabilités

  • Responsable du cycle comptable complet (facturation, comptes clients, comptes fournisseurs, etc.)
  • Réconciliation bancaire
  • Préparation et présentation des états financiers
  • Effectuer les opérations comptables mensuelles et annuelles
  • Assurer la conformité financière avec les réglementations gouvernementales
  • Gérer et traiter la paie
  • Gérer les impôts, la DAS et les communications gouvernementales liées aux finances
  • Fonctions ponctuelles liées à la comptabilité et aux finances

Qualifications

  • DEC en comptabilité
  • BAC en comptabilité considéré comme un atout
  • 5 ans et plus d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
  • Solide expérience en tenue de livres
  • Expérience en calcul du coût de revient considérée comme un atout
  • Bilingue français et anglais

Senior Accountant

Our client, an innovative and fast-growing Biotechnology company based in Ville Saint Laurent, QC, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team If you are a motivated individual, looking to be part of a growing company with sustainability at the core of their values, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete accounting cycle (invoicing, receivables, payables etc.)
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparation and presentation of financial statements
  • Perform monthly and annual accounting operations
  • Ensure financial compliance with government regulations
  • Manage and process payroll
  • Manage taxes, DAS and government communications related to finance
  • Ad Hoc Accounting/Finance related functions

Qualifications

  • DEC in Accounting
  • BAC in Accounting considered an Asset
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Solid background in bookkeeping
  • Experience in costing considered an asset
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Strong organizational skill and highly attentive to details
