TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of real-time trading, portfolio, and risk management solutions for the financial services industry, is looking for a Billing Clerk - Accounts Receivable, entry-level to join our growing team.
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the timely and accurate billing of clients. This person will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, experience with billing and invoicing, proficiency in Excel, and experience with NetSuite + Salesforce.

Create invoices with NetSuite as the primary billing tool Verify the accuracy of billing data and make necessary corrections within Salesforce & NetSuite Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing of customers Prepare monthly insight into Revenue GL detail and variance analysis in conjunction with the Financial Analyst Respond to customer inquiries related to billing and work with clients to resolve billing discrepancies Improve processes related to system records of processes and to help streamline the billing process. Assist with month-end close process, utilizing Salesforce and NetSuite reports and data, as well as Excel spreadsheets Maintain revenue-related workbooks such as revenue recognition etc.You should have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferred 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounting Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using NetSuite and Salesforce Excellent attention to detail, with great organization skills and the ability to meet deadlines Great communication skills that you will use when connecting directly with our vendorsWhy TS Imagine / Benefits
