Marketing Operations Specialist

What you’ll be doing:
Support the development of Homewood’s digital marketing strategy Develop digital marketing materials, source images, artwork and create content Analyze engagement and results of content (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) on various portals and websites Coordinate content creation, working collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, creative services and other members of the Marketing team Schedule and publish content to websites and portals across Homewood business lines Assist with A/B testing and optimizing user experience Identify opportunities for enhancement of user experience, SEO performance and other performance metrics Contribute to ad hoc projectsWhat we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent 2 or more years of experience in a marketing environment General understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and performance tracking Capacity to work effectively within deadlines and short-time frames Well-developed organizational, time management and decision-making skills Proficiency Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams Adobe Creative Suite skills would be an asset Strong verbal and written communication skillsAs part of our commitment to the health and safety of our patients, staff and community from COVID-19, subject to any accommodation required by applicable human rights legislation, Homewood Health requires that all staff have received all required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada.
