The Lac La Ronge Indian Band, Education Department is inviting applications for the following full-time position at Mikisiw Awasis Early Learning Centre in La Ronge, SK:
Administrative Assistant
Duties:
Record and transcribe minutes for meetings; Organizing and assisting meetings, arranging travel and accommodations; Photocopy/prepare relevant materials and update binders; Answer/redirect all in-coming calls; Update work plan as activities are completed Receive/distribute in-coming/out-going correspondence; Clerical duties including: taking meeting minutes, faxing, filing and office management; Tracking supplies and maintenance of office equipment;Qualifications:
Must have Grade 12 diploma; A Certificate in Office Administration; A combination of qualifications and experience may be considered; Proficient computer skills; Word, Excel and Outlook; Research and computer skills; Must have a valid driver’s license; Must be able to provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract, Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Screening;Date of Posting: February 22, Deadline: Until Suitable Candidate is Found
