Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours for prospective tenants, providing detailed information about the property, amenities, and the local community to showcase the community's quality.
  • Explain lease terms, assess prospective tenants, and generate interest to facilitate the lease closing process.
  • Complete lease and renewal paperwork according to company standards.
  • Monitor all inbound traffic and maintain accurate records in the CRM system to track leasing activities.
  • Inspect apartment units before showing and occupancy by residents.
  • Review leasing documents and oversee leasing workflow processes.
  • Prepare and submit leasing reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required.
  • Evaluate advertising effectiveness and track client traffic, ensuring timely updates to online advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to review marketing plans, leasing strategies, and advertising proposals.
  • Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, and other stakeholders.
  • Report property issues, leasing objections, and potential liabilities to the Property Manager, along with recommendations for resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive resident and office files, ensuring proper documentation at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding renter's insurance.
  • Monitor month-to-month leases, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with lease agreements.
  • Conduct market research by monitoring competitors and submitting weekly market surveys.
  • Track work order completion and follow up on warm calls to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Participate in revenue management system compliance and weekly meetings, if applicable.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or luxury products.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, inquisitive, responsive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
