Bilingual Execution Analyst (EN/FR)

Who: Canadian Retail Giant

The Visibility Team Member position monitors the planned execution of outbound deliveries across Canada to all stores. This position responds to any impacts affecting timely delivery and works closely with internal Dispatch team members, stores and our carrier partners to develop revised delivery plans whenever necessary. All delivery conflicts must be identified and smoothed prior to actual execution to ensure execution excellence.

The Visibility Team's primary objective is to ensure information integrity and accuracy within the Visibility system.

The Visibility analyst is required to work various shifts based on our business demands.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure the integrity of the information within the Visibility system as it relates to outbound DC departures and CTC store deliveries

- Communicate with CTC stores, carriers and internal team members to smooth delivery conflicts

- Work closely with CTC stores, carriers and internal team members to address immediate issues that can negatively impact delivery plans

- Provide analytical support and reporting

- Provide operational status updates for management and other internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Extensive and proven PC knowledge & aptitude

- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment

- Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills with proven ability in giving work direction

- Excellent communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

- Flexible hours depending on business requirements and able to work in a constantly changing team environment

- Strong service quality awareness and commitment

- Strong objective decision making / problem solving skills

- Ability to multitask and juggle changing priorities on a daily and hourly basis

- Demonstrated knowledge of Hours of Work Legislation, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, and the Highway Traffic Act

- Excellent geographical knowledge of Canada

- Knowledge of CN & CP Intermodal Operations.

Assets:

- Previous dispatch related experience (Front Line)

- Post Secondary Education in Logistics or Transportation or equivalent experience (Front Line)

- Knowledge of CTC Trailer Tracking and TRIP systems.

- CTC Transportation experience in addition to cross-functional knowledge of Distribution operations

- Multilingual English, French, and other languages.

- Familiar with Manugistics Transportation Management software

Qualifications:

1: 1+ years of customer service/Call Center experience - (80% Calls + Emails, 20% working on a variety of tasks)

2: Strong communication

3: Bilingual (strong English & French oral and written communication skills)

4: MS OFFICE experience

5: Digital literacy with data entry, email and computer navigation

6: Flexibility to work various shifts that meet our clients’ needs
