Position Overview: Senior Manager, Brand Marketing
The Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing role focuses on strategic and executional excellence for national Joe Fresh marketing campaigns, always-on content and special projects that are executed in-store or online. This role is key in driving collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure seamless delivery of marketing plans and programs that support sales, category and brand objectives and KPIs.
Responsibilities:
Help define and drive Joe Fresh’s brand strategy with the objective to maintain and grow positive brand health results year over year Ownership of the end-to-end campaign planning process for small-scale up to national campaigns. Lead campaign strategy and execution from creative briefing to successful delivery of on-concept and on-time assets Collaborate with leadership and business partners to ensure marketing briefs align to strategic and annual plan objectives, leveraging data and insights whenever possible Manage review cycles with senior decision-makers and act as the primary point of contact for internal/external agency counterparts and brand partners Lead content marketing across Joe Fresh instore and Joefresh.com in partnership with our trading partners at Loblaw Digital to ensure strong and consistent brand marketing across online and instore channels Responsible for creating an exciting in-store experience, leveraging best practices for in-store marketing supported by the Marketing Specialist Work with internal partners (Hard Discount, Market and PC Express) to build Joe Fresh’s marketing presence and grow collaboration opportunities Oversee execution of seasonal creative content through on and off figure photoshoots Manage yearly budget: marketing spend, allocation and forecasting Lead and coach a team of two brand marketers to translate business needs into actionable items, while providing them with developmental support and guidance that contributes to a positive team working environmentRequirements:
7-10 years’ previous experience in marketing/project management/leading a team of marketers Creative thinker with a pulse on fashion industry trends. Fashion experience is an asset Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate and problem solve across various groups across the organization (i.e. legal, category, creative, ops teams) Ability to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in current work processes to mitigate toil Bilingual English/French language skills are an asset, though not required How You’ll Succeed :
