Make an impact with our Technology - Development team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Developer. Responsibilities

With a focus on the Microsoft technology stack, responsible for developing and implementing generative AI solutions that leverage Microsoft’s cutting-edge technologies, including Azure AI Studio, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric and Bot Framework Work closely with cross-functional teams to prototype Generative AI solutions and validate business needs and requirements Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align solutions to business needs Consider production deployment requirements as part of solution design Optimize solutions using the most appropriate models and design for cost effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with data scientists to where machine learning models are part of the proposed solution Mentor junior developers, helping them grow their skills development

Skills and Experience

Experience with or exposure to the following technologies: Microsoft’s technology stack including Azure OpenAI Services, Azure AI Search (Cognitive Search), and Copilot Studio Experience with foundation models such as GPT3.5 Turbo, GPT 4.0, etc and RAG (retrieval augmented generation) using Azure AI Search or other vector databases Event Driven Architectures and cloud services that support them (i.e., Azure Service Bus, Kafka, Azure Event Grid, RabbitMQ, etc.) Cloud Software development including coding, testing, and debugging on the Microsoft technology stack including .NET (Core/6+), Entity Framework, C#, Typescript, MS SQL, Azure SQL, CosmosDB Familiarity with deploying and managing Azure resources Prompt Flow and Evaluation Flow for testing/validating models, and exposure to Azure Content Safety is an asset Experience with the following is considered an asset: Data modeling and analytics, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Bricks, Python and Azure Data Factory Experience with Microsoft Purview for data governance Proven record of taking initiative, proactively identifying problems, and independently driving solutions
