We are currently seeking a Healthcare Project Manager (Remote) to join our team in Remote, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).
This is a remote role, however from within British Columbia.
Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)
Responsibilities
Develop/manage project plans (budget, schedule, risks, issues, etc.) in collaboration with Program ManagerFacilitate/coordinate project communicationsMaintain and update program status, project status reports and dashboards as requiredDevelop project charters, business cases, options analyses and evaluation plansIdentify and manage organizational change requirements for the project, working with the Clinical LeadsWork collaboratively with the Product Lead(s) to align product tasks from the project plan into Sprints.Manage project scope change processes, and acquire approvalsManage Project Team performance of project tasksControl, track and report on the execution of the project plan and day-to-day aspects of the projectControl, track and report on project financials (budgeted, planned and spent)Control, track and report on current and forecast resource usage Control, track and report on issues and risks identified for the project Escalate significant issues that cannot be resolved by the Project TeamSecure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor, Clinical Architect and relevant stakeholdersSchedule and chair Project Team meetings, workshops etc. Transition project deliverables to Operations (Production Turnover/PTO)Submit regular status reports to the PMO, Program Management and Program Steering CommitteePerform project management processes as per PMO standardsPerforms other related duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
10+ years managing large, complex Healthcare IT projects.Experience working in cross functional matrixed environments. Excellent proficiency with MS Office toolsets (Word, Excel, Visio, Project).Experience in thoroughly integrating change management and process improvement principles into own project management style.Working knowledge and experience with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project management concepts, practices, and deliverables.Experience developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.Experience defining scope as well as verifying and controlling scope throughout the lifecycle of the project.Possession of a project management professional (PMP) designation or equivalent.Nice to Have:
Experience working within the BC Health Sector Experience leading or supervising teams in large scale implementation projectsAbout NTT DATA:
