Project Manager

estimating clean-up and reconstruction, usually with Xactimate acting as principle contact for the customer securing the work and running the job to completion working effectively with team members, inside and out of the organization ensuring all service level agreements, key performance indicators, profitability and revenue goals are met meeting all needed administrative and corporate responsibilities and expectations on-call rotations and extra hours are routinely required in this role without additional compensation We want someone who is going to be assertive in hunting and securing new work as well as delivering on our promises to keep our customers satisfied. You’ll report to the GM and work closely with the Administration Team and the Operations Manager.
You need to like multitasking, a fast-paced environment and great people. You’ll also need to possess exceptional attention to detail, strong technical/computing skill and strong people skills. We can train you in the restoration industry; just bring the transferable skills Those with experience estimating and managing construction in both commercial and residential environments preferred (doubly so if it's in the restoration industry).
