We are looking for a skilled and motivated Communications Agent to join our team. As a Communications Agent, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organization’s internal and external communication efforts. Your work will involve crafting engaging content, managing social media accounts, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations Support: Assist in developing PR strategies, creating press kits, and coordinating media outreach to build relationships with media outlets.
  • Internal Communications: Collaborate with internal teams to communicate key updates, organizational changes, and event announcements to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Crisis Communication: Assist in preparing responses to crises, working closely with senior leadership to handle sensitive issues and maintain a positive image.
  • Research and Analytics: Conduct regular analysis on communications efforts, monitoring KPIs like engagement, reach, and media impressions, and provide actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Event Coordination: Support planning and coordination of promotional events and community outreach efforts to enhance the organization’s visibility.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
