This role offers an exciting opportunity to workwithin a dynamic team executing processes related to electronicallystored information (ESI) for legalproceedings.

WHAT YOU’LL BEDOING:

ESI Management:

Collaborate with legal teams to identify andcollect ESI

Properlytrack label transfer store and delete ESI

Execute counsel and client requests related toESI

Vendor Management:

Provide instructions tovendors for paper scanning objective coding Relativity workspacecreation ESI processing etc.

Manage invoices verify report and storethem

Maintain vendorestimates proposals and pricing information

Relativity/RelativityOne WorkspaceManagement:

Manageworkspaces from setup to disposition

Oversee ESI and doent review from loading toproduction

Complete ormaintain workspace logs reports andchecklists

Administerexternal review teams and/or contractors

Execute counsel requests including reviewpreparation data import/export and productionexports

Training and ProcessImprovement:

Contribute to process improvement by creatingor editing checklists templates andplaybooks

Providesoftware or processrelated training sessions to firm employees andclients

Engage inprofessional and technical development through ediscoverycertifications and industry training

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKINGFOR:

Preferred: Relativity certification orediscovery certification; technical proficiency with Relativity oranother ediscovery platform

Required: Proficiency with Microsoft 365software (Word Outlook Excel Teams)

Preferred: Understanding of ediscoverylitigation process paralegal or law clerk diploma or relatededucational background

Required Characteristics: Professionalismmeticulousness organizational ss effective communicationinterpersonal ss and ability to workindependently
