Our Food & Beverageoutlets offer dynamic and fast-paced work environments, and this role providesan excellent introduction to the food service and tourism industry. The Expediteris a key role, responsible for acting as a central point of communication,delivering food to guests, clearing tables, and continually striving to providean exceptional guest experience at the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant.

You will:

· Ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely andcourteous manner

· Promptly clear, clean and reset tables as necessary

· Maintain effective communications within restaurantto provide high levels of guest service

· Ensure exceptional food presentation

· Assist in arranging the physical environment forany special functions

· Clean and stock the dining area to provide a pleasantenvironment for our guests

· Represent Kicking Horse Mountain Resort professionallyand courteously to guests and staff who dine at Eagle’s Eye Restaurant

· Perform related duties as requested by supervisorsand manager

You:

· Have Serving It Right, ProServe, or other coursesin the responsible service of alcohol.

· Have previous food service experience - an asset.

· Are able to consistently provide a polished andprofessional appearance to guests.

· Preferably have a comprehensive knowledge of finefood, wine and service.

· Have knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems - asset, notrequired.

· Have a valid First Aid Ticket (OFA3) -beneficial, not required.

· Must be able to work flexible hours, includingweekends, evenings and holidays.

· Are able to stand for extended periods of timeand lift light objects.

· Can withstand brief exposure to extreme weatherconditions (rain, snow, wind, cold, heat) in a mountain environment.
