Eagle’s Eye Assistant Team Lead

Thisposition will provide support to the Eagle’s Eye Team Lead and Eagle’s EyeManager for the administration, supervision, organization and service qualityat the Eagle’s Eye Restaurant. This role will assist with the overall operationand function of the restaurant, including the coordination, planning andorganization of special events.

Youwill:

· Assistwith coordination, planning and organization of special events.

· Contributeto administrative functions, including but not limited to inventory management,ordering and reporting.

· Assistin the development and presentation of quality food, service, and cleanliness.

· Maintaineffective communications throughout the restaurant, department and resort.

· Assistthe Manager and Team Lead in training, coaching and building a successful &enthusiastic team of employees.

· Ensureall restaurant processes are carried out accurately (cash-out, closing,opening).

You:

· Haveprevious resort restaurant supervisory experience.

· Haveknowledge of food and service.

· Havea Serving it Right Certificate.

· Wineknowledge and bar experience an asset

· Haveprevious experience with cash handling and administration.

· Areproficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Point-of-Sale software.

· Holda current Occupational First Aid (OFA) Level 3 - asset, not required.

· Mustbe able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

· Areable to stand for extended periods of time and lift light objects.

· Canwithstand brief exposure to extreme weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, cold,heat) in a mountain environment.
