Le conseiller en assistance technique sera responsable de l’administration du cycle complet des fonctions de recrutement, du début à la fin, pour nos activités de services environnementaux, principalement aux États-Unis. Le titulaire du poste apportera également un soutien et une assistance au service des ressources humaines sur des projets en dehors du domaine du recrutement.
Assurer la mise en place du processus standardisé de recrutement. Obtenez l’autorisation appropriée pour commencer le recrutement au moyen du formulaire de demande de recrutement. Élaborer et tenir à jour des guides d’entrevue et établir un processus de tests préalables à l’emploi. Identifiez les postes vacants actuels et potentiels. Publiez les offres d’emploi, filtrez les candidatures, recrutez des candidats et sélectionnez des candidats externes, en consultation avec les gestionnaires d’embauche. Gérer le processus d’affichage des offres d’emploi à l’interne et participer à la sélection et à la réaffectation des employés à l’interne. Recruter des diplômés de collèges, d’universités et d’autres établissements d’enseignement pour des programmes d’embauche coopératifs, des stagiaires et d’autres programmes d’embauche. Coordonner et participer aux comités de sélection et d’examen chargés d’évaluer les candidats. Informer les candidats des résultats des concours. Confirmez les références des candidats sélectionnés. Conseiller et former les gestionnaires et les employés sur les politiques et les procédures de dotation. Rechercher et préparer des classifications professionnelles, des descriptions de poste et recommander des salaires pour les postes juniors et intermédiaires afin d’être compétitif sur le marché du travail. préparer, s’il y a lieu, des offres d’emploi à présenter aux candidats. Tenir à jour la base de données des employés et s’assurer que tous les dossiers personnels sont à jour. Opérer et gérer par le biais de l’ATS (Applicant Tracking System) pour le recrutement et l’embauche. Peut être assigné à desad hocprojets, périodiquement.
Qualifications
Une formation postsecondaire dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines, de l’administration des affaires ou des relations industrielles. 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans un rôle lié aux ressources humaines (de préférence en recrutement). Doit être capable de lire, de comprendre et de suivre les instructions de travail de manière sécuritaire, précise et opportune. Les candidats doivent maîtriser l’utilisation de différents types de logiciels informatiques (Word, Excel. PowerPoint et Outlook). Capacité avérée à gérer et à coordonner plusieurs projets dans un environnement hautement professionnel et au rythme rapide. Les candidats doivent démontrer d’excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite, y compris la grammaire et la composition. Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres et de manière autonome. Compétences avérées en gestion du temps et grand souci du détail. Fonctionne bien sous pression. Des heures prolongées et du travail par quarts peuvent être nécessaires de temps à autre. Des déplacements vers d’autres sites SGS ou clients peuvent être nécessaires de temps à autre. Assure une conformité totale avec les politiques de santé et de sécurité, d’intégrité et de conduite professionnelle de l’entreprise.
