Job Purpose

We are currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Automation Specialist to join a growing and fast-paced marketing team, working in vibrant offices in Toronto Downtown. With fantastic office perks, we're the perfect place for high achievers to grow and thrive.

The role will play a key part in the online acquisition growth plans and the ideal candidate will have the desire to work in a supportive environment where a driven personality will succeed. The Role

●Use Marketo to implement new campaigns and programs (e.g. email nurture campaigns, webinars, events, gated content) working across all client and prospect facing communications to drive engagement and conversions

●Assist with management and monitoring of multiple nurture programs, conducting regular reviews and analysis to help ensure leads progress through the sales funnel

●Design and create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs, lead scoring models, and other campaign assets

●Implement A/B testing and continuously optimize automated workflows to improve performance and ROI

●Ensuring seamless integration of Marketo with our CRM (Salesforce) to improve quality of information for our sales team

●Integrating and managing relevant third-party softwares (e.g. GotoWebinar, RingCentral) with Marketo

●Maintain/Improve database hygiene for effective segmentation, personalization

●Collaborate with the necessary teams to implement, and measure campaign lifecycles through acquisition, conversion, and retention and ensure alignment of automation efforts with overall marketing objectives

●Monitor, manage, and optimise campaigns and campaign assets to improve ROI, using Marketo's analytics suite to report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

●Help implement new product features to enhance Marketo's functionality

Mandatory Skills

•1-2 years of Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (preferably Marketo, certification preferred)

•Experience with lead scoring systems, A/B testing and audience segmentation

•Strong email marketing, campaign experience and knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

•Strong communication, analytical skills and ability to use data for informed decision-making

•Excellent project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail

Desirable Skills

•Experience in a B2B marketing role

•Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)

•Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization

•Familiarity with webhooks and API integration

•Knowledge of any programming language and experience in improving processes is considered an asset
