Bei CGI Next wollen wir u.a. die Automobilbranche digitalisieren. Die Branche durchläuft einen großen Umbruch: neben neue Antriebstechnologien, geht es um zukünftiges Mobilitätsverhalten und die Digitalisierung zahlreicher Bereiche in den Unternehmen.

CGI Next entwickelt am Standort Düsseldorf mit rund Mitarbeiter:innen digitale Lösungen und Business Modelle für Konzerne, KMUs und Startups. Neben der technischen Umsetzung von E-Commerce, CRM, Portal oder Marketing Lösungen, möchten wir vor allem unsere Kunden auch bereits in Konzeptionierungsphase ihres digitalen Geschäftsmodells oder der Anpassung ihrer Digital, Marketing- oder Vertriebsstrategie helfen und unsere Erfahrung einbringen digitale Champions aufzubauen. Daher suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich digitale Transformation / digitale Strategie, hier mit Fokus auf die Automobilbranche und neuer Mobilitätsdienstleistunen. Hier kannst du wirklich den Unterschied machen. Du arbeitest an digitalen Beratungsprojekten mit und bringst deine fachliche Expertise ein, um Stärken und Schwächen der digitalen Kompetenzen unserer Kunden zu analysieren und Handlungsempfehlungen auszusprechen, die den Kunden und sein (neues) Geschäftsmodell erfolgreicher machen.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Als Automotive und New Mobility Digitalisierung hast du die Möglichkeit unsere Kunden bei ihren Herausforderungen zu unterstützen und Lösungen zu gestalten. Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt u.a.:

• Durchführung von Beratungs- und Umsetzungsprojekten zu strategischen und operativen Fragestellungen im Bereich Automotive oder bei Unternehmen oder Start-ups rund um das Thema New Mobility
• Beratung bei der Einführung und Optimierung von produktorientierten, agilen Organisations-Modellen
• Beratung bei Marketing, Vertriebs- oder reinen Digitalisierungsfragestellungen
• Auf- und Ausbau eines Kundennetzwerks mit den Zielen, Projekte erfolgreich zu führen, frühzeitig weitere Cross- und Up-Selling-Potentiale zu identifizieren sowie eigene Business Development Aktivtäten durchzuführen
• Durchführung von Wissenstransfer und -austausch in CGI-internen, wie auch externen Communities
• Nachhaltige Vertiefung und Ausbau unserer Branchenexpertise sowie Steigerung der Bekanntheit von CGI bei potentiellen und bestehenden Kunden in NRW

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Was solltest du mitbringen:

• Du hast idealerweise ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes, berufsrelevantes Studium und mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung, Agentur, bei einem OEM / einer OEM Bank oder bei einem New Mobility Unternehmen / Startup
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Kundenprojekten als Berater, Projekt- und/oder Servicemanager
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der Geschäftsprozesse im Bereich Automotive und / oder New Mobility
• Starke Kundenorientierung und Vertriebsaffinität
• Sehr gute Kontakte und ein belastbares Netzwerk innerhalb der Automobilbranche oder bei New Mobility Start-ups / Unternehmen
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
