The Inside Sales Representativ e is responsible for NOV Hydra Rig’s Capital Sales in reaching and assisting in overachieving our sales goals. This individual will have knowledge of Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen equipment, have excellent computer skills, be personable and outgoing as they will be dealing with our clients first hand. Based in Calgary, Alberta , this position will report to the Inside Sales Director and will work with other members of the capital sales team.

Essential Job RESPONSIBILITIES:

Discuss product/service features and benefits with customers. Prepare customer quotations and technical specifications. Receive and process orders by phone, email or in person. Effectively resolve customer issues as they arise. Enter new customer data and update existing accounts in CRM. Help maintain, support and foster communication throughout the sales organization by utilizing CRM, phone calls and/or in person meetings. Coordination of customer orders with Engineering, Production and Service Departments. Coordinate schedules and assist with customer visits Responsible to follow all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures, and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safety and environmental requirements. When necessary, assist in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, exhibits, golf tournaments, and other events. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High school diploma required; some college preferred 1-year sales related experience and/or 3 years field or manufacturing experience. Detailed knowledge of Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen equipment

SKILLS 

Excellent communication and listening skills Strong organization skills Must have strong computer skills including using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook AutoCAD/Solidworks experience an asset
