Position: Lead Hand

Salary: 23/HR (will increase to 25/HR once hired)
Address: Mississauga (Tomken and Matheson)
Core Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm
Must be able to work 6:00am – 4:00pm during peak.
OT offered during peak season.

**Personality is key** Must have great people skills
Manufacturing experience is a must

Once hired:
•Benefits after 3 months; health, dental and vision 70%
•Quality bonuses paid out monthly (on average $350 monthly)
•2 weeks’ vacation, 3 sick days

Responsibilities:
•Lead Hand for our Aluminum Fabrication Department.
•This role is very hands on they will be assisting the team on the floor
•This role involves overseeing a team of 10 individuals.
•The ideal candidate must be precise and have measurement skills to measure pieces of aluminum, etc.
•Assembly of frames
•Strong people skills able to motivate and lead team
•Excellent organizational abilities, and good people skills.

Requirements:
•Must have manufacturing experience
•Must have supervisory/team leadership experience
•Steel Toe shoes
•Good people skills
•Experience in garage doors and entry ways would be an asset
