A transversal role made to ensure proper offers and contracts management approval for RFTM (Remote Fiber Test Monitoring) solutions, interfacing with various departments and in particular all pre-Sales and Sales stakeholders building the commercial offers and negotiating the contracts.

More specifically, your duties will consist of:

Apply EXFO’s offer and/or contract approval policy Provide relevant approvers with offer and/or contract financial assessment and risk, in full alignment with the offer and/or contract approval policy Organize of handover to post-sales organization Interact with different departments (i.e. Product Line team, legal, finance etc) to understand and summarize their concerns. Perform all other tasks to meet customer’s requirements related to pre-sales Maintain and develop departmental and company procedures Keeping accurate and up to date records Communicate effectively with all internal customers Participating in the continuous improvement of our customer service quality

Required skills

Relevant experience of about 2 years in a similar or same international function Excellent communication skills in French & English (oral and written) Knowledge of International Trade rules (Incoterms, means of international payments etc) Have a good understanding of the financial representation of an offer P&L and its key highlights Feel comfortable to present an offer or a contract to directors, VP and/or CEO (as required) with a clearly articulated summary Excellent knowledge of Excel and its analytics tools (pivot table, formulas) Capable to work with a team and autonomously Understanding of the worldwide market (including EC and non-EC countries) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word. Excel and Outlook Process driven Commitment to quality Strong planning, prioritizing and working to tight deadlines Knowledge on Power BI, Sharepoint and other collaborative tools (asset) Telecommunications Technical background (asset)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
