You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, such as customs compliance, operations, and commercial teams, to ensure that export activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.- Responsibilities:
- Monitoring orders in Asia, particularly in China.
- Ensure that orders will not be delivered to customers or individuals on Entity List.
- Investigate our deliveries by cross-checking the data provided.
- Coordinate obtaining End User Statements signed by customers.
- Requirements:
- Technical degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Basic knowledge of export control rules is an asset.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- The notion of compliance with regulations is important to you.
- Curious, analytical mind.
- Good communication skills (English and French, advanced level) and interpersonal skills.
