We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to support our administrative activities in Project Management. As our ideal candidate, you will have strong organizational skills and be able to manage internal & external contractual document submissions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track documents via various applications (SharePoint, MCT, Aconex, etc.)
  • Examine documents for compliance, resolve discrepancies, and apply required changes
  • Provide technical support for document control applications
  • Assist the Project Team with documentation preparation
  • Update and maintain project document databases
  • Prepare reports on Documentation status
  • Printing, organization, and filing of documents

Requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently or in a team
