Position Overview

Join our Growth Marketing Innovation and Lifecycle (ILM) Team, a dynamic group spearheading data-led engagements across the full customer lifecycle. You will lead our nascent analytics function that will partner with Lifecycle Marketers to do data deep-dives on tech admin and end user behavior across our product portfolio to identify strategic opportunities for new lifecycle experiences that drive time to value, adoption, renewal, and growth at our customer accounts.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, this is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys using data and insights to guide clarity from complexity. You will be the primary liaison shaping the needs of our Lifecycle Marketers into actionable data research investigations, ensuring that your analysis delivers insight that will enable experience design decision making. You are an active participant in strategy formulation, developing a network across multiple data and analytics teams at Autodesk. You will lead the analysis of complex data sets, provide strategic insights, and guide decision-making processes.
 

We are hybrid and remote friendly. We come onsite when needed for meaningful meetings.

Responsibilities

Intake analysis requests from Lifecycle Marketers, working out the animating questions and the decision making purpose behind the requests.

Translate analysis requests into succinct analytics briefs that are shaped in such a way that you or another analyst can successfully deliver insights that will drive experience design.

Manage the assignment of projects across Data Analysts within our team to prioritise a backlog of analysis, setting team processes to support the efficient delivery of work products

Take on the analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making and improve business growth

Develop advanced data models, dashboards, and reports to track measurements and provide actionable insights to Lifecycle Marketers and our partners

Input to the development of data governance and data quality initiatives to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, data visualization, and emerging technologies

Collaborate with technical teams and ILM Ops to communicate our data sources and needs for turning your data insights into data triggers for targeted experiences

Develop presentations to share insights with partners, including senior leadership

Align with Lifecycle Marketers and other partners to set up and measure experiences and tests correctly

Support global ILM Lifecycle Marketers with analysis as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent experience

5+ years working with growth teams and in SaaS or similar environments

Experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on complex data analysis and strategic insights

Experience presenting analyst findings and implications / recommendations to senior business stakeholders, using data to tell a compelling story

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and diverse datasets

Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to extract and present insights

Experience with advanced statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms

Programming skills in languages such as Python or R

Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes

Vous dirigerez notre fonction d’analyse des débuts, qui sera associée aux spécialistes du marketing du cycle de vie pour effectuer des recherches approfondies sur les données relatives à l’administration technique et au comportement des utilisateurs finaux pour toute notre gamme de produits afin d’identifier les opportunités stratégiques pour de nouvelles expériences de cycle de vie qui augmentent le temps de valorisation, l’adoption, le renouvellement et la croissance chez nos clients.

Dans le cadre de cette opportunité passionnante pour toute personne qui aime utiliser les données et les informations pour clarifier la complexité, vous relèverez du ou de la gestionnaire principal(e) du marketing du cycle de vie. Vous serez le ou la principal(e) interlocuteur(rice), qui définira les besoins de nos spécialistes en marketing du cycle de vie dans le cadre d’enquêtes de recherche de données exploitables, en veillant à ce que votre analyse fournisse des informations qui permettront de prendre des décisions avisées en matière de conception. Vous participerez activement à la formulation de la stratégie chez Autodesk ainsi qu’à notre développement d’un réseau entre plusieurs équipes de données et d’analyse. Vous mènerez l’analyse de jeux de données complexes, fournirez des informations stratégiques et guiderez les processus de prise de décision.

Responsabilités

Répondre aux demandes d’analyse des spécialistes du marketing du cycle de vie, en élaborant les questions déterminantes et l’objectif des prises de décisions à l’origine des demandes.

Convertir les demandes d’analyse en notes succinctes qui sont conçues de manière à ce que vous ou un(e) autre analyste puissiez fournir des informations utiles pour la conception d’expérience.

Gérer l’affectation des projets entre les analystes de données au sein de notre équipe pour hiérarchiser un carnet de commandes d’analyse, en définissant les processus de l’équipe pour assurer la livraison efficace des produits de travail

Analyser des jeux de données complexes pour identifier les tendances, les modèles et les informations qui éclairent la prise de décision stratégique et améliorent la croissance de l’entreprise

Développer des modèles de données, des tableaux de bord et des rapports avancés pour suivre les mesures et fournir des informations exploitables aux spécialistes du marketing du cycle de vie et à nos partenaires

Contribuer au développement d’initiatives de gouvernance et de qualité des données pour garantir la précision, la cohérence et la fiabilité des données

Se tenir informé(e) des tendances et des meilleures pratiques du secteur en matière d’analyse des données, de visualisation des données et de technologies émergentes

Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et les responsables de l’équipe ILM pour communiquer nos sources de données et nos besoins afin de transformer vos données en déclencheurs de données pour des expériences ciblées

Développer des présentations pour partager des informations avec les partenaires, y compris les dirigeants

S’harmoniser avec les spécialistes de marketing de cycle de vie et les autres partenaires pour configurer et mesurer correctement les expériences et les tests.

Soutenir les spécialistes du marketing du cycle de vie de l’ILM au niveau mondial en effectuant des analyses au besoin

Exigences minimales

Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, par exemple en science des données, en statistiques, en mathématiques, en informatique, ou détenir une expérience équivalente

Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans des équipes de croissance et dans des environnements de logiciels-services ou similaires

Expérience en tant qu’analyste de données ou dans un rôle similaire, particulièrement en analyse de données complexes et informations stratégiques

Expérience en présentation des conclusions et des implications et recommandations de l’analyse aux principaux acteurs de l’entreprise, en utilisant des données pour narrer de manière convaincante

Compétences analytiques avec capacité à travailler avec des jeux de données volumineux et variés

Maîtrise des outils SQL et de visualisation des données (par exemple, Tableau, Power BI) pour extraire et présenter des informations

Expérience avec des techniques d’analyse statistique avancées et des algorithmes d’apprentissage automatique

Compétences en programmation dans des langages tels que Python ou R

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,200 and $181,610. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
