Who are we looking for?

As a Image Desk Reviewer you will be putting your foot on the pedal and accelerating the quality, compliance and accuracy of our estimates base on the insurers repair guidelines. The Image Desk Reviewer is an integral member of our operations team and reports to National Director of Compliance & Performance in our Corporate office. Each day, you work alongside some of the best minds in the automotive business to ensure that the Fix Network engine is smoothly running.

A Day in the Life of a Image Desk Reviewer at Fix Network

Review and approve estimates for accuracy and compliance to insurers repair guidelines. Estimate parts and labour requirements to repair damages to vehicles. Provide feedback and coaching opportunities back to locations and operations team Constant communication with insurers and strategic partners in order to ensure and improve estimate performance.

The ideal candidate, who is it?

You have a truckload (let’s say more then 3 years) of experience related to autobody repair appraisals and the ability to understand the various guidelines of insurers, you clearly have to basics to be successful If you are motivated by provide coaching to shop’s owners and want to play a vital role in achieving our growth objectives, here is your next challenge
