The opportunity:

As the Senior Brand Development Manager, you will develop the strategy and implement all marketing initiatives to support the brand and business growth of the team through an integrated marketing and brand positioning approach. This includes leveraging hands-on digital, social media, creative, prospecting and client experience best practices to engage target audiences and drive business objectives.

This is a new and exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to use your creativity, innovation, and leadership skills to support an advisory team as it transforms into a family office.

Key responsibilities include:

Build Team Brand and Ongoing Brand Management Developing, managing, and enhancing the team’s brand presence across various platforms and channels.Supporting the Lead Advisor and team by creating a compelling positioning and messaging strategy aligned with the team’s values, goals, and target audiences.Maintaining brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.In alignment with Wellington-Altus Private Wealth brand guidelines, developing and enforcing brand guidelines to ensure alignment with team’s values and messaging. Growth Marketing, Content Creation, and Analytics Creating and executing engaging brand-aligned client and prospecting content (including but not limited to website updates, digital and social media campaigns, webinars, seminars, product launches, e-newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.)Tracking, analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of branding and lead-generation efforts to make data-driven marketing optimization decisions.Continuous research and learning to identify industry-leading marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement, and lead-generation strategies.Acting as liaison with Wellington-Altus’ corporate brand and advisor marketing team to ensure our team is up to-date on all available corporately released marketing resources and content.Managing reviews and approvals with Wellington-Altus’ brand marketing and compliance team.As part of prospecting and referral marketing strategies, partnering with our ‘Centers of Influence’ on their strategic marketing initiatives Client Experience Strategy Developing strategic recommendations to enhance the end-to-end client experience journey and relevant prospect marketing integrations.Implementing a smooth client onboarding process to enhance professionalism and streamline the overall onboarding experience. Performing other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will possess:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. 4-6+ years’ marketing experience working in a high growth environment, whether within an in-house corporate marketing team or with an advertising, digital, or media agency 3+ years’ experience in a customer/client-service facing role. Experience in the wealth management or other regulated industry is a strong asset. A creative and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Demonstrated high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals. Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Exemplary interpersonal and influencing skills; an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively, across multiple mediums (in-person, over the phone, and virtually). A high tolerance for ambiguity; highly adaptive and able to manage a large volume of competing priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. An ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Proven advanced computer skills; particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media platforms, and other technology. Proficiency in digital and social media channels, platforms, and best practices (i.e. SEO/SEM, social media management tools, email marketing software, analytical tools, etc.)
