- Collaboration: Collaborate with senior cross-functional leaders, including Product, Growth, and Communications, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
- Relationship Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver best-in-class creative and media strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, using insights to optimize strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Strategic Recommendations: Present regular updates and strategic recommendations to the executive team and key stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in brand management and integrated marketing, with a proven track record of building and growing iconic brands at a senior leadership level.
- Skills: Deep expertise in customer insights and data analytics, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies. Strong executive leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to inspire and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
